Q: Does it hurt?
A: There is a 3 to 5 second stinging sensation in the follicle being
treated. |

Q: Is it permanent?
A: Yes. When electrolysis is done correctly the results are
permanent and the skin looks unchanged. |

Q: When will I see results?
A: Immediately for hair that has not been removed by a temporary method.
Two months for an area which has been waxed, sugared, or tweezed. |

Q: Why do I need a series of appointments?
A: Because no one has 100 percent of their hair at any one time. All hair
follicles go through growing, shedding, and dormant stages. |

Q: How long does the hair have to be?
A: Three full days after shaving or clipping.

Q: What hours do you work?
A: During the school year: weekdays 8:15-3:00, Saturday 7-2, and one
evening. During the summer: weekdays 7-10 A.M. or 5-8 P.M., and
Saturday 7-2.

Q: Do you use disposable needles?
A: Yes. A new sterile needle is used for each appointment. After the
appointment the needle and gloves are thrown away and the tweezers are sterilized. |
